Juneteenth, a recently established federal holiday, commemorates the end of slavery in the United States.  While this celebrated day is considered the "longest-running African-American holiday," it is unknown to most other Americans. 


Planning is underway to host the City of Annapolis’ second annual Juneteenth Gala, Parade and Festival for 2023. If you would like to support us financially, please scroll down for more details.


Interested in making a donation to or sponsoring the 2023 Annapolis Juneteenth Celebration? There is an option for every budget! As a registered 501(c)(3) organization, all donations are tax-deductible and you will receive a receipt for your records.

Any amount you contribute is appreciated by the Annapolis Juneteenth Planning Committee and will go directly towards the Celebration's expenses.
